Estes rocket with dual rear ejection chutes in pods on either side of the main tube.

The pod walls have burned through where the ejection gasses hit. Could be flyable with some tape or repair.

The dual rear eject seems frought with dificulty. often only one chute would deploy and the rocket, still stable would decend quite quickly...
