Launch Summary
Finally, a regualrly scheduled launch that conditions and the weather cooperated for. Thanks to Ken Reilly for towing both ways and to everyone that showed up to watch and or fly. 27 flyers put up 64 flights. Dennis Billings led the with 10, chased by Larry Haynes and Chad Moore with 6 each. Brett Packard and Ted Danielson each had 4 flights including some nice clusters and L1 certs to Jeff Wilder (NAR) and Les Wade (TRA). Flights aren't in order and motor usage breaks down as follows: A's=5, B's=2, C's=6, D's=8, E's=5, F's=8, G's= 8, H's=10, I's=8, J's=2 and K's=2.
Weather Conditions
Great December weather. Cloud ceiling at 3 thousand to begin with, broke apart for clear to partly cloudy skies but calm above and below for most of the day. Temps might have broken 40 degrees before the wind hinted at blowing in. Waiver from 9 till 3.
