Launch Summary

Another amazing winter day on the Pawnee National Grassland.  Weather forecast was spot on except for the wind predictions.  Temps reached the mid forties, clouds dissipated for clear skies and the breath of winds remained calm until the waiver closed at three.  22 different fliers launched 60 flights total - 45 Class One and 15 Class Two, with one TRA L1 Certification flight for Jack Zeidlik.  Other notabale flights should include the all 3D printed rockets from Hudsun Staples, the two staged F powwered Ascender flight by Chad Patten, Fast Food fun from Kevin Farrell.

Weather Conditions

Huge Thanks to Jack Matthews for towing both ways and our range set up with help from Bob Dixon and others.  Early morning temps in the high twenties climbed into the forties and the predicted wind storms never arrived, at least during the day.  Waiver closed at 3 PM.  Plenty of sunshine and clear skies most of the day.
