NCR Club Launch - Oktoberfest 2009 - Day Two

Launch Summary

Day Two of planned three day Oktoberfest.  Range and waiver operational at 8 AM, altitude window from 11 to 1.    110 flyers put up 331 flights.  Too many notables to remember or mention but lots of Certs for NAR and TRA members, including four more L3's in the club - Chris and Steve Frazier, Ed Wranosky and Warren Musselman.  Clusters and staged flights are listed with the largest motor used and the flights are listed in a random order since the cards have been shuffled and sorted too many times to preserve the correct sequence of events.  A's=30, B's=14, C's=76, D's=28, E's=24, F's=24, G's=34, H's=25, I's=26, J's=21, K's=12, L's=7 and M's=10.

Weather Conditions

What a difference a day makes.  Absolutely crystal clear cloudless conditions all day, with temperatures reaching for the high sixties, with just a puff of wind.  Absolutely the way the weather is meant to be on a rocket launching day.  All I can say is you had to be there to believe how nice the day was.
