1/2 My rockets are scratch and the other 1/2
are LOC-Precision.Been looking at the BSD Thor-X. Reads like a pretty
nice kit. Planning it for (Max=L730) Js and Ks. I
would have to add weight to drop the speed or use
a differant L motor than an L730.I can afford one L motor a year. So most of

Hey you might get it before Octoberfest! The one im trying to complete now “Hair of the Dog” is a modified “Thor” extra tubes and extended moter tube you know. Took 2 or 3 months to get it. He got lippy with me when I kept inquiring about time frames after my credit card was Billed
a couple of months earlier. 🙄

Sounds like Curtis of Performance Rocketry. Charge the credit card as soon as the order is placed – get around to shipping anywhere from weeks to months or worse later. Fortunately Curtis doesn’t get lippy when you call to ask where something is – he just says it’s sitting right there and he’ll ship it right away… then you go back to waiting some more.
Best thing to do is to order from a vendor who carries their stuff instead of direct. Both BSD and PF make great products – they just seem to suck at the customer service aspect of things.
