Tis the season. We must be very careful!!! (understatement)
Thanks for the heads up…
At the next launch I wil be bringing six new
or referbished flappers.
I think if We all work togeather and stay on our
toes, We will be able to keep any ‘small’..
yikes! i was so happy to see how green the prarie was last spring … didn’t really think about the end result, which is more fire fuel then we’ve seen in years. hope conditions will still allow some launches but we’re gonna have to be extra conservative methinks.
Mike – if you or anyone else wants to use it, I have a 5 gallon backpack, hand pump sprayer. I picked it up for launches after the NCR fire, but I can’t make the April launch. LMK.

We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
