Had to sell My old Dodge. But a small bill is paid.
It takes Me out of the trailer towing loop for a while.
I hope to have a Van by the end of the year, to put Me back in the
loop.
I hated to see Her go.
Mike,
Your service is much appreciated. You have been so helpful with the many, many times that you have volunteered to tow the trailer!
Thanks again for all the help,
Ed
find you ? I assume it’s your old turquoise truck?
Hope it found a good home…
That is correct. I will be back in the white Sentra.
I have a friend saving a 3/4 ton Chevy. Cargo Van.
V8 three speed on the colum. Completely empty
except driver and passenger seat. Will work great
for a launch support vehicle.
Needs less work than the truck. More water proof.
Will have a 3/4 ton Van Monday. Woo Woo. A pure (Launch Support Vehicle) I am sure it will be ready for the next launch I can go to.
Oktoberfest.
to paint it turquoise or it won’t seem normal…

If that color is going might as well throw on some Chartreuse.
Here it is. All it needs right now to be ready is the wirering for
the trailer. Will probably have that done this weekend.

Did you have to buy something so new?
I would hate to see it damaged from a para-wad or Lawn-Dart!
😉
It’s a 1982.
And I have plenty of glue. 😆
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
