This innocent Rocket enthusiast went to the launch today.
The strong, arm twisting, hard selling tactics, of John Wilke and 3Dogs, forced him into this Rocket, he dindnt even want!
Its fortunate for him, his wife is an wonderful, loving women who understands how a man can be munipulated easily by a caniving salesman,
into such purchaces, before they even know what happend.
She thought a letter to there congressman, would help to enact legislation, to stop these decieving sales practices. 😉
Ah, good looking rocket – what’s the power plant gonn’a be? I’m thinking something in the range of seventy bucks a second…. Awesome flight and recovery on the K300, by the way.
I twisted Scott’s arm long enough to where he PROMISED he’d put an “L” in that thing 🙂
That is an Intimidator 3 — or at least it will be when Scott is done with it. Nice kit!
You got off easy Mr. Evans. Rumor has it that somewhere along the way on Saturday I agreed to take custody of your rockets’ 5″ brother. 😯
Actually, thanks to JW for making the deals too good to pass up. I think I’m lucky I got out of there before buying anything else 😉
8) Buyer beware! That Wilkie… All he does is give you value for your dollars. With promises of more spending later. WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE GRINECTOMY????? 😈
I am in process of building the 4inch — 75mm–MMT variant.
It will be fun to see the 3, 4, and 5 inch fly at MHM.
Maybe I should buy the 3 inch too…

Well, all I can say is that this is disgraceful, selling rockets that are practically destruction proof (even from me) for these “deals.” And, yes, it can take an L. JW, you should be ashamed. You do this out of selfishlessness (yeah, look that one up) and just to be a really and truly good person and member of the club. Shame on you, sir! 😉

Ah, but I have an ulterior motive — talking Scott into flying that on an L? He might… misplace it 😀 and then he’d need another.
This is probably my favorite PR kit. Very elegant!
Nicely done, JW. 😉
8) I know how to fix this guy… everyone buy all of his stuff until there is nothing left! Then he will be out-of-biz! 🙄
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
