Posting an email request:
We have some rockets to fly for our TARC qualifying flights and are hoping to find an official observer and I wonder if we might be able to get someone from NCRocketry? Any senior NAR member can be an observer.
As of right now, I’m planning to bring my teams to an RC Club airpark just east of Front Range airport Monday morning, warm up and then conduct our flights. I wonder if there would be anyone from NCR who would be available to be our official observer (planning on around noon for the flights)? Note: I am pursuing a launch site closer to our school (south Fort Collins). We have a launch controller and pad (rods are 48”).

Please respond directly to me at kjwhouse at msn dot com so I can relay the information.
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
