aerorocket and john cipolla?

Had a rather unimpressive and rude experience working with John and his software company aerorocket. Wondering if anyone else had worked successfully with him or if this is just a rather unique individual in the industry? I saw some posts from him discrediting individuals in our community whom I have very high regard and respect such as Jim Jarvis and wish I had inquired before buying software from him… apparently now I am at the top of the software banned list and will no longer be eligible for a one hour of free consulting or software updates in the future . Anyone else on the banned list?
