8000 feet double shot sweepstakes

Our contests are limited and not many people enter them. So i came up with this new contest.
Rules
-The goal is to reach 8000 feet on a H, I, or J motor
-You only get 2 shots per year to reach the goal
-10 doller fee to enter
– 50% of the money goes to the winner the other 50% goes to the club
– After your flight the rocket must be reflyable ( like a certification )
– Can use certified or experimental motor but must have 2 witnesses

Just a fun idea im thinking if 20 people enter the winner will recieve 100 dollars and the club will recieve 100 also.
