You electronic types like Adrian, could probably build this in your sleep.
I am not smart enough to design even these super simple circuits. But I can build them from a plan…..after a few tries.
This isnt on the same level as Adrians e-bays, but, an electronics guy in a hanger around the corner drew this up for me.
The “Shyster” charge me a whole 12 pack, and only let me drink like 3…….. or maybe it was 4.
My goal is a 3″ e-bay that can slip in and out of more than one 3 inch rocket fairly quickly. That seams to be 50-75% of my flights any way.
There was no way in the past, the way I built them before, this was going to happen. The altimeters were locked in place for the day, maybe the week. The altimeters were to hard to move.
I think he said this thing is good for 3-24 volts and up to 10 amps. What ever those things are. 🙄
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
