8) Due to popular demand, I hereby declare April as CLUSTER MONTH! Yes ladies and gents, boys and girls, bring your cluster rockets to the April Launch! Everyone flying a Cluster Rocket (2 or more motors) will have their name put in a pot for a drawing. What is the prize? Why a LOC Viper III!!! Thats what!!!! 😛 So dig out that cluster and drag your butt out to the April Launch and smoke-um. Here is my lineup. A 2.6Hawk on 4 X F39,
Nathan P. and I are dragracing our super-cool ARC Trident T172-Clusters, also a very trick Semroc SLS Laser-X on two different clusters, and my Nike smoke on 2 X C6-7. Who is in? Big or small all count!
Tim, this is VERY COOL! Count us in. I may even fly my big cluster on 3 H-128’s if I can round up a couple of cases.
Ken.
Extra incentive to finish my tres.
8) OH Boy! Ken, your triple is a wild one! I have at least one case, maybe two, their yours. 8)
I’ll bring it the bird. I’ll need some motors though. Should be a great day!
I’ll bring some 29mm cases. I think I only have one of that one, but I might have 2.
(I’ll definitely have at least one though).
I also have the 29/360 😉 😆 😯
hey, perfect timing – i’m working on my first cluster, albeit a little one, the estes 36d squared. an interesting name for a rocket, makes me think of something else … 😉 . anyway, it should be ready to fly in three weeks, so put my name in the hat!
OK, I’ll play your silly game….
“Thing one thing two”, 3ea G08s – 1ea G80 two stage.

Sounds like a cluster fest! 🙂
Great idea Tim. Now I’m even more glad I finally got my Starburst painted! Just have to decide between F39’s or F24’s… 😀
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
