I’ve seen this concept before (Tech Shop) but this is local.
Denver’s first open access workshop club, featuring equipment, facilities and training for a wide variety of personal projects and interests; from automotive to electronics, inventing to prototyping, woodworking to metalworking, we are your workshop.
Our 16,000 square foot facility contains the equipment* you need for to complete all your projects! Including:
*
A well equipped machine shop
*
Rapid prototyping machines
*
Laser engraver and cutter
For those with limited work space or grand aspirations this could be handy.
Well sorta local. 😉
They dont have a full list of thier machines.
Kool idea – worth considering – maybe a bunch of us should plan a takeover one night and build something(s) outrageous.
It does look really interesting, pricey though. It is real close to Richard Specks office.
Field trip!
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
