Add Ham license to that list of things to do….. You and Jeremiah need to get it done…… I got him the book a few weeks ago, I can pick one up for you as well, they run about $25. I’m only a few miles from HRO in Denver….PS, I’m working with James on my L3……
Ya YA Just found out today, Boulder County Inacted thier version of a licensing program. Before I just went and got a permit.
Now I get to spend my time, to go take a stupid open book test, so they can charge me another $100.00 a year for a License to do what I was already doing in a system that worked.
I hate to let my opinion and politics out, but I think they just did thier part to solve our economic woes, by creating a job for somebody on my dime (and yours) and time.
Nothing like creating more red tape and incentives for people to break the Law. 😡
So I guess the HAM license will be one more License back in line!

Coot Lake, NE side of Boulder Res would be the first place to start. It’s a nude beach….. I lived in the area back in HS – they have been out there since the 80s and possibly before. Not that I would know too much about that….. I would assume the Pearl St Mall or surrounding parks for the sun bathers…. Now, this is all purely speculation and I have no idea where any of this would have come from and who any of you are, in fact, I never said any of this. 😛

Actually the IBMers use to take Binocs out back at lunch time, for the view. You can see coot lake from IBM.
But dude I thought that was long gone and done with!

Coot Lake was shut down more than 5 years ago… I drive by almost daily on my way home to Longmont from Boulder and it’s been a very long time since it was as “scenic” as it used to be.

Last Saturday it was full of….. let’s just say birthday suits and woodland creatures….. My bookkeeper was sailing on the res and the captain thought it would be funny to beach next to Coot… So, I got all kinds of stories Monday morning from her… Weekends are pretty much the way they use to be. I’ve seen a lot of MOONS over the years down there. Don’t go straining your eyes now or taking Sunday drives.
I’m not sure this is helping Scott w/ a L3 decision, but it’s entertaining.
