I thought I would be there by now with Parrot altimeters for Warren and others, but I’m still working on the temperature-compensated calibrations. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now (after spending the whole week on it at full time +) and I’m still planning to be there first thing tomorrow if not before. If anybody gets this message to pass along to Warren, I’d appreciate it. Man, this has taken way WAY longer than I budgeted for. Sorry about that.
This is Mike Shinn… I will be ther again on 10-6-2007 (730am)
I will tell Warren
Hopefully I can get by with about 3 hours of sleep tonight and I’ll be able to tell Warren at 7:30 myself. 😀
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
