Your diets make me sick. I think I will stick with my half dozen eggs, bacon, melted cheddar on top and black coffee. Of course you guys are thin as rails and can eat that. I am a type II diabetic, and so I am on a keto/no carbohydrate diet. Protein and fat only. Burned off almost 15 pounds of fat, blood sugars are way down with out medication, blood pressure has dropped to normal levels (without medication, also; because I refuse to take prescriptions and become dependent on them) and I feel really good. That oatmeal crap will kill you. You know how it glues itself together in a wad when it gets cold, it does that in your blood stream also. Yech!. I ‘ll see you Saturday morning after I finish my eggs. 😆 I would also say, since I frequently have these discussions/arguments with my wife who weighs 100 pounds soaking wet, that for every doctor that you find that will put you on statin drugs and tell you to lower cholesterol with oatmeal, and other white things, like rice, pasta, flour, etc., you can find just as many credible doctors who say the opposite and recommend a diet like I have described. This is confusing to some, and a great revelation to others. 8)
Ok Jack – you win. Yes, blue storage container is unlocked. Grab ALL of the fire extinguishers, four tables (two folded in half) and the ladder if it all fits in your truck and bring the stuff to the North Site. I’ll get the trailer there, probably Friday night, depending on the wind forecast. right now, looks like a breezy weekend. Green should remain for another few weeks, I hope.
As far as breakfast goes, oats and eggs and chocolate should be staples for everyone. My diet isn’t perfect, and my weight isn’t the desired number but if I don’t eat what I like, I generally don’t eat. Bob Messner said he was bringing some donuts – I dibs the chocolate covered sprinkle mess. Thanks!!! See you Saturday morning.
As far as bed moving – wrap carefully with extra linens to protect the paint and fingers. One step at a time….
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
