launch rod length 2

hello fellow rocketeers:
I appreciate all the comments from my initial post yesterday, after arriving home last night, i checked launch lugs and discovered that they are .1875 (3/16) dia. not 125 .
Does this dia launch rod exist ?Hopefully in a 4 ft length.

I launched a oop estes v2 (aprox 4″ dia) a few days ago on a d 9-3,
everything went fine.
Rocksim caluculated stable flight approx 80″ above the rod, any comments?
I am planning on launching the canadian v2 with the previously mentioned
apogee f10-6 and also a aerotech g80-10.
Does anyone see any problems?

I would think that should be fine. Not sure what our longest 3/16″ rod is but I think your rocket will be much happier on it.

I know there’s at least a 4 footer. I’ve used it a few times with the Suppository.

We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
