Looking for a 29mm conical from Performance Rocketry –

Does anyone have a 29mm Performance Rocketry cone they’d part with? I’m cobbling together something and I’d like to have a hollow cone. Conical preferred.

I have one you can use. It has a short section of 24mm airframe tube in it, some lead shot, and a section of kevlar cord glued in. The base of the cone is also sanded down so it’s flush with a thin tube.

Thanks – we’ll compare notes / setup when I catch up with you next. The 24mm tube may tangle me up, I’ll have to lay it out.

Are you headed for Hartsel? I’m in no hurry for the cone. Hopefully when I’m stumbling around down there I’ll find the 24mm cone you and I are storing down there 8)

It’s tempting, but in order to get the Raven altimeter done, I’ll have to skip some launches like the upcoming Hartsel one to carve out more time for firmware development.
