Missing: a 2 stage carbon fiber 29mm min. diameter rocket, last seen heading Mach + straight up on April 10th at the Pawnee North Site. The sustainer is a black carbon fiber rocket with a silver nose cone and yellow fins with a black star. The chute was bright orange 12″. I am also missing the booster fincan (black with yellow fins) with a 6gr CTI casing. I recovered the booster upper section and coupler. Simulations had the sustainer hitting 18,300 ft. The tracking signal was lost at what appeared to be apogee so maybe the charge blew the antenna off or dislodged the battery. Most of the flights were headed NE of the launch area. If anyone finds it there is a reward in beer or soda!
Thanks, Sean

Beautiful rocket.
Hopefully it will show during MHM. I’ll keep a look out for it.
A few kind souls have found the booster and coupler parts of this rocket but the sustainer is still missing. I heard reports of a blackhawk 24 being found at MHM and was wondering if this is perhaps the sustainer? Any info would be great! Thanks, Sean
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
