In a DVD and on a couple U-Tube videos.
When a couple of the rockets launch there is a distinctive
hum or low tone buz. Sounds cool.What is that?

It is probably the air going over the fins. I know a BSD Thor will do that, even whistle if you get it going fast enough.

The rockets that you saw were probably using HyperTek motors.
