I haven’t seen anyone talking yet about coordinating transmitter frequencies at Mayhem this year.

I suspect at least 6 folks are likely to have our TeleMetrum boards flying, all in the range 434.5 to 435.5 Mhz. I don’t think this frequency range conflicts with anything else likely to be operating at Mayhem, but please let me know ASAP if I’m wrong about that!

TeleMetrum users, please touch base with me in advance or at the event to coordinate channel assignments. We’ll be around from Thu pm through the end of the event, and will keep a list of who’s on which TeleMetrum channel at our trailer.

We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
