My reply was “You bought it, you name it!” That’s been half the fun for some of mine.

If you’ve got a vintage Estes Saturn V that you call “Flaming Bucket of Pig Snot”, more power to you. I’d certainly turn around and watch if that was announced!

I name ’em whatever I feel like… if it’s close to the kit, then I seem to name ’em for the kit. If it is modified, I give ’em their own name….Tough titty to the name-purists amongst ya’.

So, if it’s close to the kit are you supposed to name it similar? Does that mean my Wildman Jr. with a tail cone is supposed to be called “Junior Cone Butt” or “Cone assed son of a psychopath”, or something similar?

I hear that “Faux pas” is taken, but scan we borrow “Flying bucket of pig snot for the Saturn? It has a nice ring to it.

My post disappeared as well. And one from Tim Thomas. Anyway, it’s your rocket, call it whatever you want. Just make it legible on the flight card so “Flunderhorse” doesn’t become “WonderHouse” when I try to translate and post.

Has anyone used “Rabbid Weasles” for a name yet? Cuz if you have Im naming my L2 rocket that anyways 😀 . That comes from the movie “Return of the living dead”
