Zach and I are at NARAM. NCR was recognized at the awards ceremony as having one of the 10 best section web sites in the country!
Congratulations
Ron and Zach Coffee
Thanks for the info. Who are the others?
Enjoy NARAM.
I don’t recall the others. Sorry. But Zach took 4th place! He also has his jr. Level 1
That is great about Zach taking 4th place. Is that in the junior division, or in any specific contest? Can you be more specific? Or am I just totally clueless, like usual?
Zach was 4th place in A division at NARAM, and 6th place in the national points standinds.
Awesome, way to go Zach!!!! 😀
Wow!!!! I have had many compliments over the last 7 years since I took over the webmaster role and have had a number of other well-known clubs ask me how to do the same. I feel flattered since this became my project in late 2004 and the response has been great from the club membership and from the many in the rocketry community who have visited our site.
What we need to do is move forward and hand over the torch to new blood. I thought we had that after the last annual meeting, but alas – as with any other volunteer effort, life and work intrude. As always I am looking for folks with experience in PHP, Ajax, Javascript, the PHPNuke content management system or even just basic web admin skills. This has gotten to be too much for me to pay full attention to with all the other stuff in my life and we do need more folks to keep it running and moving forward.
Can you help? PM me.
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
