Need help with combining PDF files

I need someone who can take my PDF files and TIFs and combine them into one PDF file. I just dont have the program to do it and I dont want to buy something I hardly use.

I just scanned my Gemini DC plans, decals, ect so I can send them to JimZ rocket plans.
