New project coming

I went ahead and ordered a new project from Barry at LOC. Should have it in either late this week or next week sometime. Coming is the standard Magnum with some upgrades. A stiffey for the coupler, 1″ rail buttons, z-clips, the main 54mm tube is 27 or 28″, the outboard 29’s are extended to 12-13″ which I will shorten to the length of the fin root length to accept longer 29’s if I decide to fly that way. A third centering ring and also the ebay with coupler with will have the 27″ payload(same as 3e version) for dual deploy later. It is going to be a fun build with plenty of flight configuration options. I will be able to swap the nose over for that.
I am still in shock since I let my wife know what I wanted and she just responded with sure… go ahead and order it.

The design, ordering, building and flying are all the easy parts. Convincing the wife is the difficult part. I’m impressed.

After 21 years of marriage….I must have done something right. I am thinking of getting the easyglas sock from Tim for extra security on it.
