Joe or any officer of NCR,
It was mentioned before about Proxy Voting for the annual meeting, what is the proper method for declaring the proxy voter? Thanks.

Probably the best way to effect a Proxy vote is to identify which club member that will be in attendence at the meeting can/will best represent your vote choices. Let that person know they are to be your Proxy and also let someone on the executive committee know that selected individual is also voting for you, the absent member. Only members in good standing with club membership dues are allowed to vote on general club business and only current TRA members are allowed to vote for TRA officers. That’s probably about as clear as I’m thinking how it should work. I’ll also suggest that it is often better to NOT vote as it only encourages the candidates or as Bunky used to say, Vote early and often. No hanging chads allowed. Do not fold, spindle or mutilate and contents may have settled during shipping.

That wasn’t our doing that he wasn’t there for Oktoberfest. Guess they didn’t make enough money at MHM due to the rain out.

The things that require the vote are NCR Club President.

For Tripoli Members, add Tripoli Club Prefect and Tripoli Club Secretary.

Beyond that there will probably be voice/show of hands type votes regarding a wide range of topics such as the purchase of a new trailer, various new contests and rule changes on existing contests.
