Relationship with land owners around the north site

James did this start with the BEE rocket a couple of years ago? I mean I an sure that the land owners knew a little about us before that but it seems that since then is when this really started to come into the picture.

And to John’s point that we are flying higher and bigger rockets so this is going to more a… well battle is a harsh word but it seems to fit.

Certainly a big topic for our next club meeting.

They did get under the skin of a few but the guy that I am dealing with did not seem to have a run in with them but may have heard about it.

the guy that Art and I talked to last year gave them a very hard time because they went in their like it was some gov. project and tried to bully them.

Kinda my point now we have damage control a few years later. Not saying they started this but they sure didn’t help much either.

The BEE bozos might have been pissed because I made them donate $200 to the club and give me $50 for the gas I burned looking for the thing. From what I heard, they definitely pissed off at least one landowner.

they did piss off one land owner, the one that helped them recover their rocket. I think he is ok with us at lest he knows that that was not us and not how we want to be.
