Ay opinions on the correct value to use for G10 shear modulus in fin flutter equations?

I note some decent discrepancies between values used by Zachary Howard (c/o Apogee and their article on fin flutter speeds), values used by Duncan McDonald in his spreadsheet of ~ 2001, and in various material data sheets. That spread in values runs from 380000 psi on the low side to 2200000 psi on the high side, which nets a pretty big (7.6:1) difference in flutter boundary equation values …
