I have a cabin up near there and am going. Who all else is planning on going up to the launch on September 12-13?
8) I am going, with motors 😆
Anyone from the longmont area going?
I’m seriously considering it.
I’ll be there….love Hartsel. Great place to fly. I’ll have a bunch of hybrids to fly both days.

For those who are going both days and would like to camp, I suggest Round Mountain campground, which is about 20 miles east of Hartsel on highway 24, just east of Wilkerson Pass. I’m hoping to get a big crowd together.

Dave, check your pm and email
I may just show up myself… depends if I have a rocket to finish before O’Fest, though!
I do a lot of fishing around Hartsel. On the South Platte, around Spinney and the Tomahawk area. I’m sure thats a great place to shoot no trees for miles. I thought i saw a post of were the site is located, cant seem to find or remember what i read, something about a ranch? directions? very familiar with the area. Perhaps a combo fishing and rockets!
Thanks
David
I will probly go.
Seam to have hit as many non NCRA launches this year as NCRA lanches.
Have to talk to Joe about at least half credit in the prapelant war.
A few Ks and Ls at Hartsell this year!!!

We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
