Have you guys looked at this guys rocketry resume?
Whose?
Also John, Warren, and Adrian, tell us more about this project and “the motor”!! Pretty please?

I think he was referring to Derek DeVille.
Yes Derek, if you go to the video and look at the information under the video and click More Pictures and Info. Then scroll all the way down too “More of Dereks Rockets” and just browse away.
Until CTI lets the kitty out of the sack, I’m guessing they somehow squeezed a 99.99% L into a 54mm motor. 😈 I look forward to the specs!

There’s a nice photo of the FUTURE rocket on the front cover of Sport Rocketry mag this issue, I thought duplicating the two stage bird with O to N staging would be a neat project- But no plastic shields to melt over the lens, please…. Hey- I know a guy with a machine shop that can help…
Ken is close to right on…. but I can’t say how close. Besides, it is something so different from your experience that just saying 99% L in an 54mm case doesn’t even come close to the reality. Just imagine an M that does 120K’… if you can figure out how that’s done, then you’re on the right track.
Adrian’s 32K L shot won’t even be in the ball park and nothing he does aerodynamically will make it so despite his obvious skills. The motor is the key.
We are Good to Go with our scheduled and approved launch on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, from the North Site, subject to change – Mostly cloudy and High Winds predicted. Range and waiver should be active by 9AM on Saturday. The Pawnee National Grassland remains fragile and dry, so extra precautions are in order. Please stay on the authorized roads and please don’t park more than 100’ off the road at the flight line.
