Launch Summary

Regularly scheduled club launch.  37 different flyers put up a total of 83 flights - 34 Class One and 49 Class Two.  Waiver and range active by 9:15, window at 12:30 PM.  Jim Hein had the most flights of the day with nine.  Notable flights should include Blake Berlin's NAT+R Jr. L1, Mike Gershefske's L3, Vic Davis' two stage and a visit from the Colorado School of Mines Rocket Club.  Flights are listed in a random order and motor usage breaks down as follows, with the largest motor used in clusters or staged flights.  A's=1, B's=1, C's=2, D's=5, E's=5, F's=8, G's=12, H's=16, I's=17, J's=7, K's=1, L's=3 and M's=5.

Weather Conditions

High clouds and clear skies prevailed for most of the day, with little to no ground winds but weird winds aloft.   For such perfect weather, lots of flights with anomalies and difficult landings.  And a few completely MIA.
