Motor usage breaks down as follows, with staged and cluster flights credited to the largest motor used. A's and under = 2, NO B's, 6 C's, D's=1, E's=3, F's=3, G's=7, H's=9, I's=6, NO J's, K's=5, L'=s 2 and 1 research motor.
Weather Conditions
The day started clear and calm and eventually clouds started to slowly patch the sky. Then the clouds slowly started to darken and promised thundershowers. Typical squalls developed and drenched some areas while ignoring other acreage. Storm cells moved thru with a vengeance and left just as fast but we had already packed it in and moved to higher ground. Huge thanks to the drowned rats that stayed behind to finish loading the trailer - Simon Johnston, Vic Davis, Ron Dreasher, John and Ken Reilly, Jeff Wilder and family, Max and Larry Haynes, Mark Jeffords and Steve Jensen. If I've missed anybody else, it's because I couldn't see through my rain splattered glasses. Just saying - hail and rain showers like that should help keep the prairie green enough for an August launch.
