Launch Summary

Regularly scheduled club launch, weather and Fire Ban pending.  Thanks to Mike Shinn for towing out and range set up. I'm sure others helped but I don't know who they all were.  32 flyers put up 69 flights - 37 Class One and 32 Class Two.  Notable flights should include the L1 Certs for Tim Pimentel, Kyle Heffler and Kenneth Murphy and the L2 for Paul Weiman.  James Russell and Cadets from the Valkyrie Squadron had two awesome flights and Bob Messner's  Wolverine went to 10,632 while Ted Apke's Intimidator 3 reached 14,641.  Motor usage breaks down as follows, with staged and clusters credited to the largest motor used.  And the slisting of events is all messed up.  A's=5, B's=6, C's=6, D's=3, E's=6, F's=3, G's=8, H's=7 I's=12, J's=7, K's=4, l's=1  ans 1 M.

Weather Conditions

What started out as a thick fog burned off to be one of the best days on the prairie.  Clear skies and tiny puffs of very high clouds made for an excellent warm day for flying.
