Launch Summary

Day Two of NCR's annual Fall launch celebration on the prairie.  127 different fliers put up an amazing 300 flights before the day was done.  Issac Boden left everyone in the dust with 14 flights for the day.  Notable flights include 2 Jr L1's, at least six L2's and Jason Chamberlin's L3, Art Hoag's 3 Certs on One Rocket, Mark Lionberger's Big Red Redux, Bruce Schafer's Grey Ghost, and way too many others to remember.  Clusters and staged flights are listed denoting the largest motor used and all flights, except the first, are listed in a random scrambled order since they've been shuffled thru too many times to preserve the correct order.  A's=10, B's=32, C's=71, D's=28, E's=12, F's=16, G's=35, H's=27, I's=27, J's=16, K's=12, L's=5, M's=6. 

Weather Conditions

Almost a repeat of Friday's wonderful weather and flying conditions.  That is, until about four o'clock when scattered showers found us scrambling to dodge rain drops and cover equipment.  After the range closed at six and the campfire was lit, the sky sort of cleared and the threat of evening rain passed.  Again, temps for the day probably reached high into the seventies and the winds aloft cooperated for most of the day.
