Add Filtering by Flyer to the listing of flight cards on each event page

Add a dropdown list that contains the list of flyers for a launch event.

Selecting a flyer will show only flights for that flyer.

Show flight cards only for a selected flyer on the flight cards detail page for a launch event.

This has been completed and is now available.
