Does anyone in the Boulder/Longmont area have a postal scale that accuratly goes up to about 80lbs? If so, I’d like to borrow it for a day.
I’m just using a small spring scale and it does not go that high.
Hey Ed, if I were you, I wouldn’t mail that thing. Too fragile. 🙂
Wouldn’t regular bathroom scales work in this case? Just curious why the precision weighing?
JW
I have such a scale that I take to all the launches if you can wait until MHM. It has a 150 lb capacity with an accuracy of 0.2 lbs.

Man, anything that needs a scale good to 80 lbs. has got to be cool. We’re still talkin rockets here right? 😯
Ed: I have one that’s good for 75lb with a 1/2 oz accuracy…
I could run it down sometime this week if it’s adequate…
Chris,
That would be great. I’m heading up to Pawnee on Thursday.
PM or email me for a time to pick it up or drop it off.
Many thanks,
Ed
