Launch Summary

Regularly scheduled launch.  14 different flyers put up a total of 46 flights - 34 Class One and 12 Class Two.  Ron Dresher and Max haynes led the field with 9 flights each, closely chased by Eli boardman with eight.  Notable flights should include "Flame On" flown by Vic Davis to 11,979', the M1540 Imax in Mark Lionberger's Big Red Redux, Jame's Russell's Red propellant and the M900 hybrid launched by Barry Friedrich's for an attempt at TRA L3.  Flights are listed in a random order and Motor usage breaks down as follows, with staged flights and clusters creditied to the largest motor used.  1/2A's=4, A's=2, B's=2, C's=5, D's=4, E's=5, F's=5, G's=7, H's=3, I's=2, NO J's, K's=2, L's=1, M's=2 and 2 Research motors.

Weather Conditions

Almost ideal conditions for most of the day.  Clear skies and just a whiff of a breeze until almost noon when the wind had shifted practically 180 degrees and began the build up of gusts from the southeast.  Waiver was opened from 9:15 AM until 4 PM.
