Northern Colorado Rocketry
2019-07-06 High Skies in July - Day 1

North Site - Pawnee Grasslands

Saturday July 6th, 2019

Launch Summary

Enormous thanks to Jack Matthews and Chris Frazier and Bob Dixon and everyone else that helped set up the range Friday evening before Nature's awesome light display and torrential rain.  What might have been a wash out moved over heavily but quickly to the east.  The Pawnee has never looked so green for early July.

Weather Conditions

Saturday bloomed beautifully with clear skies to partly cloudy skies to deep blue clear skies.  Threat of afternoon rains never materialized and spectacular colors for sunset.  Calm winds prevailed most of the day and temperatures were perfect for an awesome day on the Grasslands
